Core, Strength, Cardio. In this class, you get a full body workout, front/back, head/toe. We will do both body weight movements as well as strength/resistance training with weights and other various equipment. This workout can be adjusted to suit both beginners and elite athletes. Be ready to move, sweat, and feel strong.
