Awareness Through Movement with Henry Cloud at the Red Willow Learning Center in Missoula.

Each person is unique. Using the "tools" of curiosity, intention, movement, breath, and attention, we will explore, in a nonjudgmental environment, what is available to us as intelligent human beings. Exploring movement which can be automatic and habitual or dynamic and present.

Henry Cloud has been a massage therapist since 1988 and a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner since 1992. He is intrigued by the relationship we have with ourselves, gravity and the world around us.

Course schedule: Saturday, November 17, 10:00am-3:00pm.
