After a hiatus in 2019, the Big Sky Film Series will return in 2020, and to celebrate, we're starting early. Join us for a screening in celebration of the life and work of renowned documentary filmmaker, Agnès Varda.

The screening will take place in the all new Zootown Arts Community Center (ZACC) in downtown Missoula at 216 W Main Street, a new cinema venue that will be the home of the film series and an official venue of the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival.

Suffused with the people, places, and things she loved—Jacques Demy, cats, colors, beaches, heart-shaped potatoes—this wonderfully idiosyncratic work of imaginative autobiography is a warmly human, touchingly bittersweet parting gift from one of cinema’s most luminous talents.
