The Sentinel High School Theatre Department proudly presents 26 Pebbles by Eric Ulloa. The play will be presented Thursday, November 21 through Saturday, November 23 at 7:30 pm in the Margaret Johnson Theatre. Tickets are $6 and can be purchase at the door.

Summary: On December 14, 2012, a young man, with a Bushmaster rifle and approximately 300 rounds of ammunition, entered Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut and ended the lives of 20 schoolchildren and 6 adults after taking his mother’s life hours before. He then took his own life. The lives of the people were forever shaken to their core. Actor-writer Eric Ulloa wanted to use his craft to try and explore how the people of Newtown could attempt to move on from the tragedy. Five months after the tragedy he went to Newtown to interview the people of the town. He interviewed over 60 people. 26 Pebbles is a transcript of the words and feelings of those very people.
