Bring your kids to the EmPower Place to share their vision for the North Riverside Parks & Trails (Caras Park, East Caras Park, Bess Reed)! Children can get creative with Park Designers from Missoula Parks and Recreation to collage, map, and draw their dream park. Participation of all ages and abilities is encouraged! And, as always, free snacks!
