Join us this First Friday for Kelly Schirmann's art opening from 5-8pm. There will be sculptures for view on the wall and there will also be a ceramics pop-up table at this event.
"This collection represents and honors meditative forms. The process of shaping and re-shaping clay, of filling and emptying the body through movement and art/work, becomes a physical meditation I can disappear into and then emerge from, over and over. These sculptures are the manifestation of this process. They are meant to celebrate the cyclical nature of all things, as well as the stillness that allows us to renew and re-engage with the world around us."
