Description:
Explore ways to improve
balance, range of motion, flexibility,
posture and breathing, and to naturally
overcome pain, stiffness and tension
in regular daily activities using the
Alexander Technique. This movementbased
class is designed for individuals
of all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of
fitness. You will learn how to reduce
stress and stress-related tension
while exploring new ways of walking,
standing, sitting, moving, bending, and
lifting. Wear comfortable clothing and
socks or flat shoes. Bring a towel or
yoga mat if you have one.
