Community Conversation Series on End of Life issues

Consumer Direct Care Network-Hospice has partnered with Community Medical Center to present a two-part Conversation Series this Fall that will discuss End of Life issues, Quality of Care options and the Culture of Silence that prevails in our society.
The October 24th event features a video presentation, "End Game" followed by a panel discussion with Q and A. Professionals including the Hospice Medical Director, Chaplains, Social Workers and RNs from both companies will be talking about the importance of end of life conversations with family, care givers and medical providers.

You are invited to join this important conversation on October 24th from 6-8 pm at Community Medical Center, 2827 Fort Missoula Rd., Missoula in the Gallagher Room which is accessed from the south side of the main entrance to the Hospital.

These events are meant to start community conversations about end of life options to gain awareness; become empowered and improve quality of life at the end of life.
