In October the Full Moon stations herself in Aries the firey and headstrong initiator of the zodiac opposing the sun in Libra seeking harmony, justice, and beauty in the world.

Join us in practicing a Kundalini Kriya to alchemize and balance the Aries fire, followed my a gong relaxation with Arwin Kittelson-Aldred. After the sound meditation, we will circle up to enjoy a celestially-inspired herbal tea blend and astrological forecast, provided by Amanda Johansson of The Moon & Me.

This is an all-levels, co-ed yoga practice, open to EVERYONE!

Some items to bring with you:
A copy of your birth chart (either electronically on your phone or printed out). You can download a copy of your birth chart for FREE - simply Google "free birth chart" online, and make sure you have your exact time of birth and birth location on hand to enter in.

Your own yoga mat. All other yoga props provided.

Paper and/or journal and writing utensil are encouraged, for writing down any notes on the astrology piece as well as anything you might want to release from your life with this moon.
