Consumer Direct Care Network-Hospice has partnered with Community Medical Center and will be putting on a Conversation Series this Fall. Professionals from both companies will be talking about end of life options and discussing “our culture of silence”.
The event is from 6-8 pm. There will be a video presentation, 'Consider the Conversation' with a panel and Q&A to follow. The second Conversation in the series will be on October 24th at the same time.
