Starting Monday, August 5
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
9:00–10:30 AM
(No Class 9/6, 9/27)
$90.00 for 8 Course Sessions (Session packages expire after 90 days)
$14.00 Drop-in
Continuing Yoga with Harriet is a 1.5 hour class designed to practice yoga in a safe and encouraging environment. The physical postures (asana) are explored in a sequential manner and props are used to allow everyone access. Expect meditation and breath work as a part of each session. Some experience with yoga is helpful but not required. All levels are welcome.
