In this four-part class we will learn
about the four pillars of physiological
postpartum care and how they rest of
the foundation of community. Cultures
around the world care for postpartum
parents in specific ways. We’ll learn
what they do and why, and how to prepare
your own postpartum plan. The
intention is to set you up to thrive, and
not to settle for simple survival. This
class is intended for pregnant mothers
and their families.
