July 6th, 7th and 8th the Lolo Pass Visitor Center will be hosting Gayle Bear. Gayle is a Nez Perce tribal elder, well versed in the traditional art forms of the Nez Perce people. She specializes in corn husk weaving, basket weaving and beading. She will be demonstrating the techniques of the Nez Perce corn husk weaving and interacting with visitors daily from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (Pacific time). She will have artwork available for purchase.
