Let us gather in the ways our ancestors once did.
Ecstatic Trance Dance is a blend of ancient and modern healing practices carried forward from the hunter and gatherer days. Our long ago ancestors gathered in ceremony to honor the spirits, the directions and the sacredness of our own soul. In these ceremonies we will:
*Open Sacred Space together
*Circle to share our heart and stories
*Dance to free and heal our body
* Hold an Ecstatic Posture to enter deep trance and journey states.
*Connect deep within and to the unseen realms
*Share our experience
