Savory Green Chili and Apple Bread Pudding with fat cut ham, poached duck egg and cider reduction sauce. Served with toasted pecan green salad with cider dressing or thyme roasted potatoes.

Parmesan Scone with butter, scrambled eggs, cider soaked bacon, arugula and cider aioli with salad or potatoes.
