•Amy Cilimburg, Executive Director, Climate Smart Missoula
•Nick Silverman, Research Scientist, University of Montana
Panelists representing urban forestry, climate and water resources will discuss the current state of Missoula’s urban forest, how it’s affected by a changing climate, and the beneficial relationship between the urban forest and our water resources.
The panel will also focus on Missoula’s drier, hotter, longer summers: what the community is doing and what each of us can do to stem the effects of climate change.
