THE BLUE SANCTUARY
Director & Producer: Colin Ruggiero
One of the most beautiful places on earth is the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park in the Bahamas. BLUE SANCTUARY offers a glimpse of the trials and successes of the first marine protected area in the Americas and shows how it can be a model for marine conservation efforts everywhere.

BLUE CARBON: A STORY FROM THE SNOHOMISH ESTUARY
Directors: Benjamin Drummond, Sara Joy Steele
Blue carbon is carbon that’s captured and stored by coastal wetlands, helping to mitigate climate change. This film is about mud and the multiple benefits that estuaries provide for us–improving water quality, providing salmon habitat, protecting our shorelines–in addition to carbon capture. Sink into a first-of-its-kind study that quantifies the climate benefits of restoration in the Snohomish estuary, encouraging more investment in wetland restoration.

BLUE HEART
Director: Britton Caillouette
Producers: David Burden, Tim Lynch
The Balkan Peninsula is home to the last wild rivers in Europe. However, hydropower development threatens to destroy the culture and ecology of this forgotten region. BLUE HEART documents the battle for a river, the effort to save the Balkan lynx, and the struggle of the women of Kruš?ica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to protect their community’s only source of drinking water.
