Have you had enough uncertainty and divisiveness to last a lifetime? You are invited to join us for a 4 month workshop focused on what Mindfulness calls the boundless qualities of the heart beginning Valentine’s weekend! Each month we’ll study a different boundless quality; loving kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity. We’ll learn meditations and other practices that can help us cultivate these heartfelt qualities within our everyday.
