Science provides insights into how to optimize our physical and cognitive health as we age. Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help include these tips into a plan for healthy aging - no matter how old you are.
The Alzheimer’s Association® is offering this series of educational programs covering key information about Alzheimer’s and dementia and related topics for people who are facing a diagnosis as well as those who wish to be informed. Volunteer Community Educator and Alzheimer’s Association Board member, Gayle Hudgins, Pharm. D., BCGP, is delivering these free community presentations.
