The Phoenix is a national non-profit that builds sober active communities across the U.S. and around the world. All Phoenix events are free of charge for anyone with 48 hours of continuous sobriety and their allies.

Please join us on the fourth floor, Blackfoot Board Room- This exercise event is low to moderate intensity and all levels of experience are welcome. Find joy, silliness increased flexibility and strength through creative movement to 80's tunes. Yoga mat and small hand-weights provided if-needed. Please bring a water bottle and wear clothing that you can move in. Mask is required.
