.Speak Up Speak Out. An event to honor those in recovery with a dual diagnosis in mental health and addiction or medical condition. The event will feature stories of recovery, educational booths, food and beverage. Mayor John Engen will join the event at 4:30 to read the proclamation declaring September 2014 as Recovery month. We will bring it all together with the rocking blues of "Mudslide Charley" a Missoula local band from 6pm-9pm.
