Communicating Compassion and Creating Support: A Workshop for Parents and Mentors with Zach Morris

What is our intention as parents or mentors? What do we hope will be the result of our actions and interactions with those we care for? How can we create more life-serving experiences? As we explore compassionate communication lenses and practices for guiding our reflections, we will navigate the topics of identifying needs and making requests, learning and teaching, honoring willingness and ability, "being with," providing feedback, and considering consequences.

This workshop will include interactive activities that facilitate self-reflection, group discussion, and shared creation. If you aim to strengthen the platform from which you provide support for a young person, please join us.
