The Good Food Store is teaming with the Top Hat Lounge this week to celebrate our local farmers and food producers. On Monday, September 15, theTop Hat will be presenting a film that showcases the role small, sustainable farms can play in our global food systems. In conjunction with the film, Top Hat Chef Erin Crobar will create a special menu that features food produced here in Western Montana. And the next day Erin heads this way, where he'll show you how to prepare some of the dishes he developed for the Top Hat dinner, along with additional entrees unique to this Good Food Store class. Erin's visits to the Good Food Store are alway a treat and an evening inspired by the season's local bounty is sure to be something special. Stay tuned for more details about tonight's menu.
