First Friday Tastings: Local Cheeses

It's that time of year when we're enjoying a glorious bounty of local vegetables and fruit. But tonight we're celebrating a local treat that's available to us all year long: cheeses crafted right here in Western Montana. Wendi Arnold of Polson's Flathead Cheese will be here to introduce you to her cheeses, joining GFS Cheese Buyer Jennie Gregory who will present other local cheeses for you to taste. And GFS Cooking School Manager Emily Walter will feature some of the cheeses in easy-to-prepare appetizers she'll demonstrate for this evening's guests. We'll even highlight some local beer and wines that pair perfectly with our featured cheeses.
