A community event to help people learn about grizzly bear behavior, biology, and conflict management.
The event will include presentations by Chris Servheen, former USFWS Grizzly Bear Recovery Coordinator; Tim Manley, FWP Grizzly Bear Management Specialist; and Lori Roberts, FWP Grizzly Bear Research Biologist. Additional bear management experts, professionals, organizations, and companies will also be available to provide information.
The Bear Fair is free and open to all. Complimentary pizza (by Swan Valley Cafe) and beverages, including beer (by Big Sky Brewing Co.), will be available until gone. Visit SwanValleyConnections.org for more information or contact info@svconnections.org or 754-3137.
Swan Valley Bear Resources offers resources, experience and expertise to help prevent bear conflicts on private and public properties in the Swan Valley.
