The Missoula Cultural Council (MCC) and the Missoula Youth Rugby Association have once again partnered to present New Zealand Day, a celebration of Missoula's sister city partnership with Palmerston North, New Zealand.
The all-ages "touch" (no tackle) rugby clinic, led by the Missoula Youth Rugby Association and members of the Missoula All-Maggots Rugby Club, begins at 10:00 a.m. at Fort Missoula Rugby Pitch on Saturday, May 30. No experience necessary. Following the clinic, the MissoulaYouth Rugby Association hosts a Pick-up Touch Rugby beginning at 1:00 p.m.
At 7:00 p.m., the Missoula Cultural Council and the Roxy Theater present the New Zealand Mini-Film Festival at the Roxy. $7 general admission, $6 for seniors and $5 for students. For more details, visit www.missoulacultural.org or call 541-0860.
