The goal of this training is helping you become a resilient leader. You'll gain important insight not only into your own abilities, but also into the functioning of the human brain and how habits are created. You'll be able to take this insight into working with your teams to better understand why people react as they do and how you can help them develop their own resilient qualities. The training will focus on experiencing and developing Mindfulness practices to increase your personal resiliency and we'll discuss how they apply to the people you are leading and your interactions with them.
