Tonight former Montana Chef of the Year Tom Siegel will introduce you to a Cuban favorite that 
may well become a favorite at your table too.  A torta is a Latin American sandwich that’s hearty 
enough to make the centerpiece of the meal, yet easy to put together and very af ordable.  Tom’s 
version is highlighted by spicy chorizo and layer upon layer of tasty i llings.  Come taste a sandwich
