Circle of Security is a parenting program designed to help foster secure attachment and a healthier parent-child relationship. The class incorporates positive discipline approaches and calming techniques with the popular COS curriculum. This workshop consists of 2-hour classes held over 5 weeks. It is FREE of charge.
