Food somehow becomes a central focus for most holidays around the world. And it’s definitely true for Chinese New Year or “Spring Festival,” the longest and most important celebration in China. Join us to taste and learn to prepare the unique
dishes created to bring unity, luck, love and abundance to those who enjoy them. We won’t have any dancing dragons in the classroom tonight, but we will have The Silk Road’s Lucas Edwards here to guide you through his five-course menu of
authentic Chinese celebration foods.
