First Friday Cheese Tasting: Fondue Friday, January 6, 5:00 pm, $5
Our first cheese tasting of the year will focus on fondue recipes inspired by classic versions from Northern Europe. GFS Cheese Buyer Jennie Gregory and GFS Deli Manager Rebecca Canield Perkowski will demonstrate a host of fondue recipes that feature a variety of delicious melting cheeses. (Don’t worry, they’ll include a chocolate fondue too.) Like every First Friday, you’ll go home with a goodie bag of a few of tonight’s cheeses and our suggestions for beer and wine pairings
