Learn hands-on techniques to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Topics covered include scene safety, how to perform CPR, use an AED, stop bleeding, ways to help with a broken bone or sprain, assistance with choking, and other basic first aid techniques. You will receive a two-year Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR/AED certification card upon successful completion. Bring a snack or lunch with you for full-day classes.
