The Iron Griz: American Bistro with scenic views of the University of Montana Golf Course exemplifies true garden-to-table dining with much of our produce grown in the Iron Griz Garden. The Iron Griz: American Bistro provides numerous experiences following the seasons. Enjoy the view as golfers tee off during the summer or dine inside of a winter dining dome during the cold season. During the winter months, guests enjoy the 3-mile groomed cross-country ski course just a few feet outside of the restaurant! The Iron Griz: American Bistro is part of UM Campus Dining. As a learning institution, we provide educational opportunities for UM students where they learn skills such as hospitality, management, and guest service.
