DESCRIPTION:This class integrates intermediate level work into your pole practice. We will utilize strength and technique to play with longer combinations while introducing inversions. As a group we will move into dance and rhythmic work with opportunity for personal exploration of the pole. Every Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30pm. $20 per class.
