Midweek Embodied Reset is a reminder that we were designed for more than just \"getting things done.\" This is a space to pause the hustle and practice leaning into our intuition. Through slow, intuitive movement and deep somatic listening, we gather the scattered pieces of our week and bring them back to the center. This class is about about how it feels to come home to yourself and quiet the external.
