Breathe deeply, move mindfully, and let the calming energy of hundreds of houseplants wash over you as we flow together on the shop floor transformed into a serene jungle studio.\n

Led by local yoga instructor Lori Chase, this gentle and welcoming class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Expect a mix of flowing sequences, restorative stretches, and breathwork in the soothing company of ferns, monsteras, and trailing pothos.\n
