DESCRIPTION:A pole fitness (rather than pole dance) class designed with first-time polers and regular hobbyists in mind! In this class you with build pole strength, refine (or learn) technique, AND make new friends in a welcoming community environment! No experience required. Please wear shorts and a sports bra (when applicable). Every Monday from 6:15 to 7:15pm. $20 per class.
