Ages: Children walking through 12 years
Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult on the floor
Children 6+ can be dropped off and/or participate without parent accompaniment 
Schedule: Thursday 11am-12pm

Jump In Open Gym is your opportunity to get your kids out on the floor to practice skills and/or get in some great exercise. Younger kids can enjoy our fun stations and activities, like obstacle courses, trampoline time, swinging, sliding, climbing, or jumping into our foam pits. Kids who have gymnastics experience can practice their skills on the mat, ninja course, or trampolines. (Please note that flipping is only allowed with a Roots Coach’s approval.)

Whether your kid just wants a place to move and play, or they’re looking to get extra reps of their skills each week, Open Gym is your place to do it!

Pricing: $12 per child / $17 for siblings
