New Year's Eve is a good time as any for resolutions. Come share your resolve for world peace with the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center peace sign luminaria. Luminaria are paper bags, sand and candles - each one glowing like a lantern. You can bring your own luminaria or make oneon site with your own message for peace in the new year. JRPC provides the materials, you provide the peace.
