Every Tuesday and Thursday, at 9:30 am, this is a playful and refreshing gentle yoga class in the beautiful space of the Missoula senior center. We have yoga mats so no worries if you forget the bring yours. We have props and a warm welcoming community. Free parking is available. $5 cash per class.
