Wild Women's Wellness Circle
7:30 PM (America/Denver)
Sacred Ally
Description:
When: Wednesday December 17th from 7:30pm-9pm
Cost: $25 (Socioeconomic discounts available on website)
Sensory Awareness and Meditation Group:
Practicing the art of relaxation, awareness, and power in community.
This is an invitation to come together?to be nourished by stillness, sensuality, and the power of community. Through shared voice, mindful movement, meditation, and sensory awareness, we reconnect with the present moment. These practices guide us back to the breath, the body, and the simple yet profound sensations of being alive.
We give ourselves the gift of time: to pause, to replenish, and to savor stillness. In these moments, we drop into our wild, instinctual selves and discover freedom right where we are. We feel the rhythm of the breath?filling and emptying, cleansing and restoring. We notice the ground beneath us and the support of those around us.
Together, we will explore tools and practices that invite deep relaxation, embodied presence, and a sense of empowerment. You?ll leave feeling renewed?ready to return to your life with more clarity, vitality, and connection to your truest self.
What to expect:
Guided mindfulness practices including meditation, breathwork, and sensory awareness
Mindful movement and embodiment exercises to reconnect with the body and present moment
Opportunities for self-expression through shared voice and community connection
Time for stillness and deep rest to support nervous system regulation and inner replenishment
Exploration of feminine energy and wild self to access personal freedom and empowerment
Tools to carry into daily life for relaxation, presence, and grounded vitality
A supportive, nourishing space to feel held by both the earth and community
Please bring:
This event is open for mothers to bring their infants and young babies, however, ideally this is more of a women's empowerment space where women can completely relax sans their children.
Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are available for use, however, please bring anything else to make yourself comfortable, such as a camp pad or cozy clothing. Remember, you'll be sitting on a wood floor, so make sure to bring what you need to relax!
