Honestly Open 1.1: ethical nonmonogamy discussion
7:30 PM (America/Denver)
Montana Family Center
Description:
The Montana Family Center invites ethically nonmonogamous people, their partners, family members and other interested persons to the December 2018 installment of HONESTLY OPEN, a monthly support and discussion group.

This month's meeting will feature a led discussion on nonmonogamy relationship dimensions. We will talk about the various factors and decisions that go into relationship structures (eg hierarchy/nonhierarchy, closed/open, etc.) and strategies for figuring out what fits. There'll also be a nonmonogamy vocabulary word, plus time for open-ended discussion. Everyone is invited to bring questions, challenges and ideas.

This monthly event is hosted by Anne Harris, a Missoula-based licensed clinical professional counselor with nearly 40 years of experience working with GLBTIQ clients and other people who identity outside the gender and sexual mainstream. The aim is to provide a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental, confidential environment for discussion of the ethical, practical, emotional and psychological issues that arise in ethically nonmonogamous relationship agreements.

Refreshments will be provided. Childcare will not be provided; however, please contact the event organizers at joe.nickell@gmail.com or annerharris@gmail.com if the lack of childcare is an inhibitor to your participation. The organizers may, depending on demand, arrange child care for future gatherings.
