Barre bootcamp is designed to calories, tone the entire body, improve strength, flexibility and coordination. The powerful combination of small isometric barre movements, along with bursts of cardio will give you a full body workout like no other. We will utilize a fixed ballet barre along with small props such as light hand weights, resistance bands, and fitness balls. with inspiring and energetic dance music, every class will challenge you to reach new fitness levels, resulting in improvements in posture, flexibility and strength.

Kristen Antonson is an optimistic encourager, motivator, and day maker! A self-proclaimed fitness DVD junkie who once relied on solo workouts, Kristen now finds it so inspiring to be a group fitness leader in Oula, Barre, and Piyo formats. She believes there is something magical and connecting when sweating together to great music! After spending years in a previous career helping patients with spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries, Kristen has never felt more passion for life, being able to move, dance, and extend her love of exercise. She feels in order to be successful, you must never compare yourself to others while on your personal fitness journey. She loves that there is a growing trend toward self-acceptance and love for all body types. Kristen is full of joy and strives to not take herself too seriously!
