This 60 minute class combines fully supported restorative poses with the quiet, nurturing energy of Reiki. Using blankets, bolsters, and other props, students are invited to settle into comfortable postures designed for deep rest and ease.

Throughout the class, Ranya offers Reiki and gentle guided practices to create an experience that feels spacious, grounding, and restorative. This class is accessible to a wide range of bodies and experience levels. Students are always welcome to choose whether they would like to receive hands-on Reiki.
