Description:

Ida Jo and Scott Lamps of Ghosh Yoga will be teaching Yoga Workshops all weekend long at Headwaters Hot Yoga.

Teaching requires us to know how best to help our students. In this workshop for instructors, we tackle how to adjust the practices so our students can make progress. We look at ways to adjust and modify the practices so that they can be safe, accessible and beneficial for all.
