China Town Hall on Sino-U.S Relations Description:
The Maureen and Mike Mansfield Center at the University of Montana is honored to partner with the National Committee on United States-China Relations for the 13th annual China Town Hall. The Town Hall will feature a webcast discussion moderated by ABC News’ chief anchor George Stephanopolous. CHINA Town Hall is a national conversation on China taking place in 100 venues throughout the United States and in Greater China. The National Committee on U.S.-China Relations is the leading national, non-partisan public affairs organization devoted exclusively to building constructive and durable relationships between the United States and China.

Following the national presentation, the evening will become a town-hall style discussion with Missoula-based experts on Hong Kong and Sino-U.S. Relations. Topics to be discussed include the U.S.-China Trade War, Education in China, and the continuing anti-extradition protests in Hong Kong.

This event is co-sponsored by the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Center and The National Committee on US-China Relations.
