Do you love stones? Do you collect interesting cabochons? Then this class is for you. Learn how to select the correct size bezel wire, create and size the bezel to a cabochon, solder the bezel and then solder it to a back plate for a pendant. Also learn how to adjust the height of the cabochon and set the cabochon with a clean, finished look. Materials for two pendants will be provided for class projects, including cabochons. Students are welcome to bring in their own stones to class. Prerequisite: Basic Silver Smithing. Intro to Soldering or similar experience is helpful.
