Musical legend Neil Young turns 73 years old on November 12th. In celebration of Neil?s birthday, Missoula musician Chris Pumphrey returns to the Top Hat for a night of musical tribute, joined by local artists Soul City Cowboys, Bases Covered, and special guests.
