This energizing 60-minute practice begins with slow, grounding movements to awaken the body and focus the mind. We?ll gradually build into dynamic standing postures paired with invigorating breathwork, generating warmth and vitality. From there, we?ll transition back to the mat for long, supported holds and subtle movements designed to encourage deep fascial release. Perfect for cultivating both strength and spaciousness in body and mind.
