HIIT the TRX is a high energy hour made up of a dynamic blend of quick cardio intervals, and strengthening exercises targeted at burning calories, firming the core, and improving balance.

Expect a fast paced and fun workout using the TRX suspension training bands, as well as a variety of other equipment, with short intervals of cardio and strength exercises followed by brief rests. The class will begin with a brief warm-up and end with 10 minutes of flexibility training. Come ready to sweat, laugh, and have fun!

Bristol Horton uses fun, unique combination exercises to help her clients train multiple muscle groups at once, improve heart health, and make the most of their workout.
Her positive energy and health knowledge has helped multiple clients lose weight, recover from injury, and increase flexibility and balance. Bristol has a bachelors degree in community health as well as certifications in health coaching, TRX, and personal training. Her goal is to help her clients become happier, healthier, and improve overall wellness through movement.
